Two days of biking + a pair of P90X workouts = Yoga very much needed today. Legs were trembling from the start, but solid. Lots of groaning and focusing on breathing throughout to make it happen. Came out much more flexible, awake, and pumped full of all-natural endorphins. No pain anywhere, just stretched-out goodness. Man, who's legs are these, anyway? So good. Thanks P90X and Tony Horton!, now offering the iCat!
