Insanity | Week 2
Pure (Insane) Cardio
Nutrition/Eating Log


Nothing like a flat-out, 42 minute workout. With a single break -- warm up for 10 minutes, crazy-Shaun T-style, pause for 30 blessed seconds, then a full half-hour of crazy moves. With nary a built-in break.

Didn't stop many of the youngin's in the crowd from taking theirs. Early. And often.

Took about 1/2 what they did, proud of that -- but man, this one works you. Hard. Good thing my lungs and legs are solid from these years of Beachbody workouts. Nary a wheeze. Just lots of great muscle feedback and fatigue, followed by controlled breathing, and sweating. Lots. of. SWEATING.

All good -- on to a dreary, overcast, lightly raining day here in NC.

Love the old school Amiga pic I found above -- three guesses who that artist is. Yea, you got it. Found it right after my old friend Greg Brisson posted a video of our days at Kutztown University in the early 1990's. Small world. Facebook for the old time win.
