The perfect way to start a Friday -- Shaun T pushes you for 20 minutes, then just when you think you can't go on: "Come ON ya'all! Let's GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Smiles on all the faces, the music changes, and BOOM everyone's back down in it, he's grunting away, and you find your third and last set of reps are the best of them all.
