Easing into the new Insanity workouts nicely. Hit the reps and sweat hard today, didn't have to pause more than twice for full 60-second breaks (paused approx. 4 times in the workouts last week!) and felt stronger throughout.
Excellent stuff -- anxious to continue to bring it for the next 58 days. Counting. I'm just sayin'.
