Flying free weights, tons of pull ups, and some 50lb-powered lawn mowers add up to a serious upper-body blaster this morning. Nice.
Pulling out of my holiday dive nicely, back on the workout routine, adding in some extra lunch time walks to speed things up a bit in terms of ripping off the minor holiday pounds I added on (updated weight above), and the food intake is well in hand. Nice.
