Insanity | Week 7
Tue: Max Interval Circuit
Wed: Max Interval Plyometrics
Thu: Rest Day (Zzzzzzz...)
Nutrition/Eating Log

Tue/Wed: Here's the thing -- any workout in the Insanity series that has the word Max at the beginning means sweat. And lots of it. Brought it all the way to the end, 50 minutes of up and down heart rate, came out feeling great, lots of endorphins.

November email newsletters to produce for ProQuest, some videos (eLibrary Science example, making 2 Min's for all of our school subs), and playing with Will over lunch.

One more day home for the post-flu kid/Tue. No fever this morning, 12 hours of sleep, and we'll keep the germs in the house rather than risking an outbreak. Wait, what?

Thu: Will's back to school, we're all feeling well, and I'm working away on more 2 Minute videos for our ProQuest research tools. Using the insanely-great and all-new Camtasia for Mac. Love. It. Ask me why via timothymclain at yahoo.com. Really.
