Officially half-way through my first Insanity round of 60 days, time for a sweaty recovery week. Solid, same workout all six days -- Core Cardio and Balance, with my pal Jimmy Hayes Nelson in the back row doing his best!

Hope you enjoy the pictures and videos from the weekend campout at Jordan Lake. Was amazing, more than 100 of us in all, so much to do, excellent food, hot showers... almost like it wasn't *real* camping at all. Salty, old Scout here!
