Ahh, another insane workout, this time followed by Walk to School Wednesday. Laudable idea for sure.
But just once per month? That's like riding your bike for 100 miles every Saturday. Sure, it's a workout. But one crazy-intense day per week does not a fit body make. Wishing we had a crossing guard like the good ol' days back in Lorane Orchards up in Reading. We walked to our local elementary school, and had a guard at the one main road. Every. Day.
We'll get back to it. We have to. Right?
Busy day ahead, tons of 2-minute video scripts to pound out, and some email newsletter ideas to consider. All in a usual full day at ProQuest! Love it.
