The description of this workout on the DVD -- queasy legs. Working everything to the max, intervals that is. 100% truth in advertising. This one goes for nearly a full hour, and the sweat just keeps on coming. Had some serious stomach queasiness near the end, and have some shaky thighs post-breakfast.
