Insanity | Week 6
Max Interval Circuit
Nutrition/Eating Log

My recovery week was full of... recovery. The daily workout was sweaty-good but not overly intense, and my relaxation this weekend (esp. at the fair, see below) was total. Relaxed body and... stomach. State Fair foodie win, lots to choose from, the perfect reward for super hard work. A day to kick back, loosen the belt a little, and let it fly.

So it was only fitting to kick off the second month of Insanity with some... true insanity. Jimmy Hayes Nelson in the back row, not for recovery this time, but a rockin' 60 minutes of intensity I haven't ever experienced. Ever. Nearly packed it in w/40 minutes to go; then 30 mins; then... darn it, push, push. Made it. So good.

New moves, some crazy, some just plain sweaty-combo-good, and am feeling pretty darn wobbly. Maxed it out. An excellent start to a crazy month of Insanity Round One ending. That's the spirit.

And for anyone else who's done this workout, no... I did *not* add the optional breakdance spin/jump up/nearly knock out my workout companion at the very end for the anti-girl-impressed-lose. Too NYC/funny!
