P90X | Week 4
Core Synergistics
Reps + Routine: 100%
Nutrition/Eating Log

And the recovery week continues, this time with an hour-long routine focusing on the abs and mid-section. Some special cardio moves thrown in for the extra calorie burn, and came out on the other side with slightly sore sides and thighs telling me it was all good.

Rode a little over 15 miles with Wes yesterday on the trail, excellent -- we get it done in a hurry and enjoyed the cooler air under the trees. Looks like the folks in Chat. County are wrapping up the northern end of the trail, working their way to the final 4-5 feet of the railroad bridge. Hoping by summer's end I might be able to ride all the way from Olive Chapel Road to Southpoint Mall.

I can dream anyway. Onward to two videos for ProQuest today -- ProQuest Historical Newspapers British Isles & Ireland Collection, then on to Dow Jones Factiva.com. [View the videos here and here.]

Then... deep breath... the all-new eLibrary. Full demo. Start to finish. Then finally, new SIRS Issues Researcher.
