P90X | Week 2
Chest and Back
Reps + Routine: 100%
Nutrition/Eating Log

The Monday craziness, solid. Tons of push-ups, pull-ups, and some heavy weight work thrown in for fun. Ended sweaty and arms vibrating from over-use and muscle failure. Exactly as planned and wanted -- then on to some Oatmeal to start the day off right.

After a week of tracking my food intake using fitday.com, I'm down 5-7 pounds (depending upon when I step on the scale!), and will continue to watch the food in terms of quality and quantity, letting up between 2,000 and 2,200. Here's hoping this downward trend, tied to not being hungry at all at these levels, mean my first guess/research into food/workout success = correct.

Had an awesome weekend of soccer -- William nearly scored his first cross-goal point with a feed from a corner kick standing in the perfect spot out front of the other goalie -- and spent most of yesterday with our friends Dave, Kim, and Noah. Good times!

Thanks again, Kim, for the clean eating bible -- above and beyond the call, can't wait to put these yummy recipes into action as part of the P90X round.

Super proud of my little brother Drew and his wife Liz -- both started Power 90 a few weeks back and are down 20+ pounds! It's the perfect way to get Tony Horton and his crazy-motivating workouts into your life. Power 90 starts you with Circuit 1-2 for 30 days, then 3-4 for 60 more. At the end you've lost your initial weight, are eating better, and are 100% ready to dive head-long into P90X to secure your gains.

Liz and Drew -- keep pushing play! Gratz!
