Sore hips and back (thanks to Delta planes) cut me off at the 1/2-way mark. Still got a nice sweat/heartbeat pumping.

Enjoyed my first Yoga HD workout in my iPad yesterday during my visit to Tulsa to sit and talk iPad in higher education with Bill Handy and Tracy Suter. Many things learned, very glad to be part of a forward-looking organization (ProQuest) that is actively finding ways to go into the mobile space with a clear vision.
