Thursday: P90X Yoga X + 10 mi. Bike

Breathe in, breathe out.

Solid legs, straight back, holding the poses, working the lower half, stretching... it's all Yoga, and it's all good.

Here's to a busy Thursday, anticipating some great news about my work at ProQuest today. ;)
