P90X | Week 6A
Plyometrics
Nutrition/Eating Log

Thursday arrives, and Yoga is... nowhere in sight? Felt a touch guilty about missing my usual Tuesday craziness, so put off Yoga till next week. In its place, Plyo rocked the sweat, hit all the reps, came out solid on the other side, using the standard 30 sec breaks between sets and made it. Feels great every time I get to the end with energy to spare and a healthy sweat. Another great day to push play with Mr. Horton.

Been taking in Shakeology as well. This is a special new meal replacement/snack shake from our friends at Beachbody. It's like taking five trips to the salad bar, and has loads of protein to boot. I know we all want/wish to eat more fruits and veges everyday. This formula is designed to give you all you need and more -- and the results are pretty impressive. Will continue to blog about my experiences with the mix.

Here's a video about Shakeology and a new workout to help maximize results...

I'm into Week 2 of using the mix and my weight is static, my energy high, and workout output the best its ever been. You can get your own bag of this great new product here.
