P90X | Week 6A
Mountain Bike ride
Nutrition/Eating Log

That's right -- NECC cut my real Week 6 to shreds. Still managed some excellent workouts, but deviated from the plan. So, here we are, Week 6A, little mulligan mid-stream. No problem.

NECC was well attended and D.C. (above video cap, shot some on the Mall) was a gracious host for all of us K-12 edtech folks.

Was super-relaxed post-show as the Kinyon and Soja clans descended on Kinyon Manor in Lancaster. The kids are all a little older and more self-sufficient, so the adults had a chance to lay back, talk, and catch up. Add to that cloudless skies and 80-83 degrees every day with nary a drop of rain, and it all added up to an excellent few days.

Lots to catch up on this week, then off to SF end of next -- jet settin'!

William headed back to school today -- Grade 2 underway -- Track 2 here in Wake County, NC. He likes his new teacher -- Mr. O -- but not so thrilled about the little boy he has to be in line with everywhere for the year. Heck, it's always something, isn't it? Think of the 1-2 really annoying things in your life, then remember the other 98% that's excellent. Am I right? Shift that thinking people!
