P90X | Week 6A
Legs & Back
Nutrition/Eating Log

Friday. Legs. Back. Chest. Wall squats. Pull-ups. Squats. Wall Squats -- ONE leg wall squats. BOOTY.

Finish it all off with a super breakfast of a wrap with 1/2 an avacado, some chicken breast, a grapefruit, and a multivitamin, and man o' man, what better way is there to start the day?

Adding Shakeology as my morning snack. This is a special new meal replacement/snack shake from our friends at Beachbody. It's like taking five trips to the salad bar, and has loads of protein to boot.

I know we all want/wish to eat more fruits and veges everyday. This formula is designed to give you all you need and more -- and the results are pretty impressive. Will continue to blog about my experiences with the mix.

At the end of the day, while the mix costs a fair penny, if you add up the costs of the food(s) it replaces, you're right on the money with FAR better nutritional value. And heck, it tastes great to boot. Even if you haven't taken the plunge and are working out with Tony Horton and team, add this to your first-level nutritional changes and see real results in the first 30 days.
