P90X | Week 6A
Back & Biceps
Nutrition/Eating Log

The post-vacation workout short-ish week pushes on... and man am I tired. Between the super 20-miles on the trail yesterday, followed up by a super-rep/heavy Bicep and Back routine from good ol' Tony Horton and his pals, I'm feeling pretty whipped.

Add to that getting back on track with calories truly tracked (max 2,000-2,200) and planned, and my body is fighting back a bit. No bother. The key -- keep tracking the food, concentrate on what's going in, and focus on good reps with max weight.

Re-reading my mantra in the header -- critical!

Best result of my short PA visit/days off = ate better than ever in the past (no pies in sight!) and came home weighing 186. Today, 184 when I stepped on post-shower. Made me smile, before I felt like taking a nap. ;)
