Ouch. Went to bed last night with a bag of ice under my left heel. Yea, Achilles's pull in full effect. Painful, swollen, making noises, definitely putting a damper on all cardio activities.

So, still brought it this morning with Shoulders and Arms. Two weighty workouts in a row back to back... better than not doing anything, right folks?
