Extra special end to the second full round (3 weeks on, 1 week recover, Week 7, you get it) of my hybrid -- some Insanity this week to ramp up the ol' cardio.

Shaun T, no reason to be afraid of this pair of quick monsters to start off. Get in there, sweat it out, max the reps, grab your knees to take a breather from time to time, and finish strong.

New week, new challenges. And yet I'm lost in geometry. Long story.

Lots of Scouting-related items this weekend -- spent part of Sat. working on Will's Pinewood Derby car, then Sunday afternoon hosting a tools/garage intro Den meeting for our Wolves. Made lots of small wood projects, no injuries, etc. Awesome!
