P90X Back and Biceps
My 30-Week Beachbody Hybrid Calendar


Back -- double biceps -- back, double biceps. That's how this 50 min.-ish workout goes.

From pull-ups to curls/hammers, with some fun lawnmowers thrown in for the heavy weight win. Using 30's for most biceps moves (until I crash near the end and swap to 20's), and my shiny new 50 for the lawnmowers. Sound heavy? Yea. But... after so many rounds, that's my top level, burn out at 8-11 reps. Right where I need to be for size. Want lean? Go for 15 moves, feel the burn at a lighter weight.
