Ahhh... Thursday. Yoga always comes on the perfect day during P90X. You start with a trio of solid days of hard work, then take a deep breath and focus on your flexibility and, for many of us, soreness on day four for the week.

Lots of stretching, holding poses, working the shoulders, hips, and legs, followed up with some pretzel-like moves near the end. Always gets tough 20 minutes or so into the routine, then things loosen up and it feels great to finish strong.
