ChaLEAN Month 3: Grinding On...

...in a good way! Did ChaLEAN Extreme Push 1 this morning, then tacked on a new Abs routine from Men's Health using a stability ball. Note to self -- stability ball = much, much more intense Abs burning. All good.

Using mostly 20/30 pound free weights for the moves (follow the trainer on Twitter), excellent muscle fail in the 8-10th rep, love the extreme 3-rep add-ons.

Raining today -- blah -- will ramp up some cardio tomorrow, then onward this week.
