Saturday sleep in was awesome. Sunday = catch up. Legs still sore from the Friday P90X Legs and Back goodness, so some basic cardio/full body is always on tap for one weekend day for Day 6 of 7.

Love the 30 minute workout DVD that comes with your first bag of Shakeology (get yours) -- it's short, full-body, and just hard enough to make you sweat and burn a few hundred calories. Great basic cardio/weekend workout.

Off to our Cub Scout Spring (more like Summer @ 94 degrees!) picnic this afternoon. Pool first @ Lila Jones in Apex? Yep.
