Yes, Tony, the glamor muscles... Shoulders, biceps, triceps. All made yummy with my set of 30 and 20 pound free weights, and the ol' dining room chair for tricep extensions. Used the 30's for most of the moves -- grunt, groan! -- and maxed the form and intensity. Brought it. DONE.
