P90X Legs & Back | Workout
Fitness Blueprint | P90X Round 9 (Get P90X or start with Power 90)
Personal | Weight: 196 (Shakeology Snack Added)

Guys, we have strong legs. It's a fact. So this workout maxes those amazing leg muscles in awesome ways. From simple squats to leg lifts, wall squats, and beyond, you will be wobbly and strangely euphoric when this 50+ minutes come to an end.

Add to that 100-125 pull-ups, give or take, and you have the recipe for a great start to your Friday.
