Final day of the business week, finds me rocking the ol' legs and back with Tony and pals. My favorites -- wall squats. Stand with your back against the wall, your feet together just in front of you. Squat down so your legs make a table, back tight against the wall. Now, hold for 30 seconds. Scootch up a little for 10 seconds, back down for another 30. Do that 4 times.

Later in your workout, assume the position, go down, and... life your left leg straight in front of you, above your right knee. Hold for 15 seconds. Switch. Do 4 reps for each leg.

Seeing muscles in my legs I didn't even knew existed. Add the rest of the moves, and you're set for a semi-sore, great weekend. We burn, as guys, much more calories by working our legs. And this Friday suspects brings that burn. In spades.
