Back from ProQuest three-day visit. Lots of social media/marketing plans set into motion and in the planning stages, and was an enjoyable week off from the ol' workouts.

Back in it ripe and early today, did a 1/2 Chest/Back workout to ease myself back into the routine. Will do a light cardio tomorrow, then hit things hard on Monday.

Lots to do -- good to be home!
