The second recovery week begins in this crazy hybrid, and I took a little liberty with this one. Feeling a little under the weather, so opted for this 30 minute mini-Yoga/stretch routine. Came out with a little sweat, stretched muscles, somewhat sore arms, and strong legs.
Ahhhh... Now that's recovery. Also nice to see Tony in his early years working out on a beach. Almost like watching that French-accented guy on FitTV?
