TGIF -- because it's time for some serious leg and back working. My favorites of the batch? Wall squats, calf raises, *single leg* wall squats, and 80/20s. Bring a ton of burn to specific parts of your legs and your booty.

You want nice legs? Churn out the full Legs & Back routine once a week. Throw in some Plyo aerobics on another day, and some Kenpo Plus to round things out. I promise you -- your legs will be sore. For weeks. But eventually you'll get to the point where the burn remains and the soreness leaves entirely.

Take my word for it. Week 6 coming to an end, I can see the end of Week 31 off in the distance. I think I see a serious party being set... Nice.
