Nutrition/Eating Log
Count it among many of the firsts -- my first self-prepared "clean eating" dinner today. Thanks to my great friend Kim P. as I mentioned yesterday, made with the help of The Eat-Clean Diet for Men (at Amazon).
I present to you both Mushroom Soup (tonight's din) and Breakfast Potatoes (boxed up for eating daily all this week, six servings) prepared to the recipes in the book, all clean ingredients.
And I can honestly say, WOW. The soup, I took in two servings total, and I'm 100% full. To the brim. Yummy, nutty flavor. Likely only needed one cup to be full...

I also picked up several calf livers -- yum! -- which are apparently "clean eating" certified. Who knew? I love it! (Stop making that face or it'll be permanent.)
And thanks to your hubby, David, for the 12 miles on the trail early this morning. Nice surprise add-on to an already-rocked workout morning.
