P90X, and fitness in general is a puzzle. Part cardio, part resistance/weight training, and part yoga/stretching for flexibility. All three are the key to master a full 20% of any fitness and wellness regime.

The other 80% of living a healthy life? Food. Food is wellness. Exercise is fitness.
