Hi - I do the X also - how do you like the yoga- seems a bit long to me but I still do it! I really enjoy the plyo.

I really, really like it... But I wish it was a bit shorter as well. The downward dog/plank/warrior 1 and 2 and 3 goes on for about an hour of the 90 minutes, right? ;) I love that part of it -- but then all those postures really get crazy. I've hurt my back a few times pulling my lower muscles. Still, at the end of have a ton of energy and it really is a unique, cool part of the program.

yes some crazy postions sometimes feel like a pretzel lol. I am in phase 2 of the X and you? Have you done any of the other programs I have done Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs!

I did Power 90 for all of 2007 -- started just after Jan. 1, did it 4-5 times a week for the entire year. Dropped 20ish pounds, but didn't do the diet. Mistake. ;)

I started P90X after getting it for Xmas -- I'm in Week 5 now. Just got down to 190 pounds for the first time in 15 years or so, and am enjoying it immensely!

Forget to say that I'm religiously following the Fat Ripper 1 diet -- I'm amazed at how well fed I feel on 5 small meals of the good stuff everyday. Just a touch hungry in the morning like I should be.

When do you workout? I usually hit it from 5:40 a.m. till 7 a.m. or so.

I do my cardio in the am 5:30 est
an the X when I get home from work.
so you are eating clean that is great- I preach eating clean alot to my clients just as important as exercise!
