Wowsa -- what a week so far. Solid P90X workouts, coupled with a pair of 17-18 mile bike rides on a semi-torn-up ATT = sore chest/shoulders and all the usual good pains here and there. Really rocked the weights this a.m. to get the shoulders, tris, bis pumped -- then off to a great steel cut oatmeal carb breakfast.
One day away from Deb's 40th birthday -- time to make a cake and celebrate!
